The entire team, led by Sarah, Gill and Samira, have either worked for Silchester Associates, or been affiliated with the company for between 8 and 18 years.

We also have international support in countries outside of the UK for specialist projects that need the local language and specific commercial healthcare knowledge.

Together, we offer stability, integrity, and non-partial advice on career advancement.
